Find A Nice Place to Run

About this Blog

This Blog is made up by me. I'm Lila and I live in Germany. 
I tried out many diets until I found out that the only thing you need to do to get in shape is to eat clean and be active. I haven't reached my goal yet, but I'm pretty sure I will.
To motivate myself and to help others I set up this blog. You can follow me to see what I am eating, my success but also where I am traveling and the work-outs I am doing. I hope I can motivate you to get moving...

How to Get Started

Follow these few steps to start a new lifestyle and see the result:

  1. Drink 2L of water a day
  2. Go by bike to school/work
  3. Stop eating sweets and Fast-food
  4. Go to bed before 10PM during the week
  • you will be less tired
  • your body will change
  • you will be able to concentrate more
  • you will feel better and happier

Try it out for a couple of weeks and you will see the results! And there is so much more that you can do to live better...
